Furniture use and care
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE AND CARE OF FURNITURE:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAFE USE
- The furniture must be used for its intended purpose, as specified in the product description/assembly instructions/use and care instructions, taking into account the permissible weight loads: seating area 100 kg, headboard 25 kg, armrest 20 kg, one sleeping place for a bedroom bed or sofa bed - 100 kg. It is not recommended to stand with your feet on the product or sit on the headboard or sides/armrests of the furniture.
- Furniture that is delivered disassembled must be assembled according to the manufacturer's assembly instructions.
- Water and other liquids must not enter furniture elements that are in contact with the floor.
- When installing furniture near heating appliances, the surfaces of the furniture must be protected from heating. The heating temperature of the furniture elements must not exceed +40°C.
- Do not place hot objects on the surface of the product without special protection.
FURNITURE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- It is recommended to operate the furniture in rooms with an air temperature of at least +2°C and a relative humidity of 45-70%. Unusually humid or dry conditions in the room should not be maintained for a long time.
- Do not store the product or its elements in direct sunlight for a long time, do not allow chemically active substances to come into contact with the external and internal surfaces of the furniture.
- The product must be installed on a flat surface.
- The fasteners of removable connections must be screwed tightly. The reliability of screwed connections must be checked at least once a year, and if the fasteners are loose, tighten the screws and other connections.
- Avoid jerking and wriggling when bending transforming elements. Lubricate mechanisms and loop joints with machine oil to prevent squeaking. Do not keep hinged mechanisms that secure moving elements open unnecessarily.
- The product must be protected from mechanical damage (impacts and scratches). Do not touch sharp (cutting) objects on the surface of the furniture, do not hit the surface of the furniture with heavy hard objects.
- To ensure a longer lifespan for your bedding box, it is not recommended to overload it with heavy items.
- To avoid mechanical damage, it is forbidden to move the furniture by dragging it.
- Wipe dust off the surface with soft cloths (flannel is recommended). For stubborn dirt, use a special furniture cleaner suitable for the type of upholstery on your furniture.
- Do not use household cleaners that are not intended for furniture care. Genuine leather products should be lubricated once or twice a year so that the top layer of the leather does not lose its elasticity and does not crack. To do this, use special impregnated sponges. To remove dust and dirt from the surface of the leather, use a simple flannel cloth slightly moistened with plain water. Wine stains are removed with a soap solution, finishing the cleaning with a special sponge intended for furniture cleaning. Various organic greasy stains will not be terrible for the leather, as they will eventually be absorbed through the entire thickness of the leather. If vegetable or animal fats get on the leather, simply wipe the stain with a dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning solvents - the stain will quickly be absorbed and become invisible. If liquid gets on the leather, never wait for it to dry on its own, immediately wipe off excess moisture with a dry cloth or sponge. Do not iron or wash leather furniture covers. Do not use solvents, alcohol, acetone, or washing powder. Use a special leather cleansing cream to clean the leather.
WARRANTY
All furniture is provided with a 24-month warranty, provided that the rules of use are followed and the furniture is used for its intended purpose.
Furniture defects (defects) are not:
- specific smell of furniture materials. A slight smell may persist for some time after opening the packaging and assembling the product. To speed up the odor removal process, it is recommended to vacuum the furniture surface and ventilate the room;
- deformation of upholstered furniture elements within 10%;
- deviation from overall dimensions 20 mm;
- physical damage, fractures resulting from the use of the furniture;
- differences in the softness of individual furniture elements in different places (difference in softness in the side and central parts, resulting from lying down);
- creaking in transformation mechanisms;
- wrinkles on the upholstery of soft elements that appear after removing the load and disappear after smoothing it out by hand; as well as the appearance of wrinkles on the inner (any other than the front) side of the furniture;
- wrinkles on the upholstery of soft elements that are specially created as a result of an artistic/design decision;
- scratches on the covering of furniture made of genuine leather resulting from use;
- fabric irregularities that are characteristic of that fabric;
- blurred curves of trim lines and seams on upholstery material;
- the presence of features of furniture elements due to the stylistic idea of the manufacturer of the starting materials, namely the shades and texture of solid wood and materials imitating it (panels, plywood).
